Bo, you've expressed a presumption of guilt in this case.
Are you rethinking your position?

Linux programmer and murder suspect Hans Reiser, accused of murdering
his estranged wife, will be interviewed on ABC's 20/20 this evening.
Reiser's trial, which was set to begin last month, has been delayed by
the judge in part to see if the program reveals any prejudicial
information relevant to the case, according to this story. Opening
arguments in the case are now tentatively set for Monday.
Wired magazine writer Joshua Davis, who has been following the case,
revealed a bizarre twist in it last May with a story about a former
lover of Reiser's estranged wife, Nina, who admitted to being a serial
killer. Sean Sturgeon, Hans Reiser's former best friend who dated Nina
Reiser for a period, confessed to killing eight, and possibly nine
people (he's unsure if the ninth victim actually died), but says he
didn't kill Nina.

not, appearing in full drag. - Bo ]
Nina Reiser had ended her relationship with Sturgeon in January 2006,
according to court testimony from preliminary hearings and Davis's
story, because she objected to his lifestyle and taste for
sadomasochism. She disappeared eight months later on September 3. Her
husband was arrested the following month on suspicion of murder,
although Nina Reiser's body has never been found. Police did find
blood evidence that they say tie him to Nina's disappearance.
An ABC News article about tonight's interview includes some quotes
excerpted from the piece. In them, Reiser (on the right in the above
picture) refers to Nina in the present tense. Public support for famed
convicted murderer Scott Peterson turned in part on interviews he gave
to the media after his pregnant wife Laci's disappearance in which he
referred to Laci and his unborn son, Conner, in the past tense.
