I realize that the giblets make good gravy, but when I have
Thanksgiving with my family, the dogs and cat get them, after they have
been boiled to kingdom come.

Stuffing is a pretty personal/family deal, everyone has their own
personal favourite. If I am with my family, I tend to favor the wild
rice stuffing.

I probably cook too much with white wine and/or garlic, but white wine
gives something like a starchy/bready stuffing a bit of different taste.

It sounds like you are set up well for this army operation in November.

You mentioned ham, I do remember some people will actually use a goose
instead of a turkey for Thanksgiving.

I can't believe you COOK too! Yowsa!
