I did not see the end of her closing, due to a family emergency, but I
imagine she was trying to gloss over the blatant conflict of interest
involved in 'nationally - renowned' forensic scientist, husband Baden
testifying as an expert witness for her defense team, and coming up
with a completely new theory of what happened, made out of whole cloth
in what the prosecutor called "an a-ha moment". Unbelievable, that
she also developed (make that feigned) low back pain as an excuse to
be absent from the courtroom ONLY during the time that her husband was
on the stand...how convenient. Does anyone know if this went to the
jury on Friday?
