Although interesting and attention arresting, I'm very surprised at some

the language the State is using, like: Crap, crappy, frigging, Christ,

Damn,

Hell, etc. It has made me cringe, listening to it.

I don't see the problem. Just like a realistic novel will justifiably have some course language, reflecting life, so should an impassioned closing argument dealing with the slaughter of a woman by an egotistical gun-waving Harriet Miers look alike....
