What happened to me when Whitey Bulger took off

In 1994 a local Woburn Mass. newspaper did a story on my search for
my unknown father and all the roadblocks therefrom. A few months
later, Whitey Bulger left town as Steve Flemmi was arrested. About the
same time, Jonathan Harr came out with the book "A Civil Action",about
kids dying of leukemia in Woburn in the 1960s and onward. At the same
time i was suddenly fired while doing a "great job" and my medical
records of a childhood of constant hospital visits and long term stay
began disappearing, as reported by hospital staff. Here is what
further happened:
1) Constant IRS scrutiny, including a levy where no prior notice had
been delivered. Nearly annual audits.
2) Funds missing and unexplained by ANY bank staff at Fleet Bank, in
which the IRS held accounts it issued tax refunds from. My bank
accounts were never credited for the missing checking deposit funds
which caused bounced checks and when i refused to pay the fees because
money had not been deposited to cover them even though i had all
receipts to prove otherwise, as if the teller had stolen funds, caused
my account to bounce checks, and never did anything to the teller nor
credited me. 7 years later i went to open a new bank account and was
rejected because Fleet had additionally submitted my name to NCPS, a
check oversight agency similar to a credit bureau. Long term financial
manipulation has been ongoing since Bulger's disappearance.
3) Car tampering
4) Threatening calls
5) Evidence of roving surveillance warrants or use of off-premise
extensions as a way of meddling with communications without seeking
proper warrants. A man moved next door posing as a construction worker
but who fled when seen driving a phone company truck within 2 weeks,
as if his cover exposed. The man drove a pickup with TN plates,the
same state where Barry Mawn transferred back to Boston from. Barry is
also a Woburn native.
6)Befriending by individuals who took particular note of all money
spent and where while out,as if documenting for an expense account.
Individuals of both sexes. 1 such man claimed to have been observing
me working out at the gym to know what videos i rented, where i
shopped and much more. When confronted he said nothing.
7)Certified letters to Jan Schlictmann and Robert Redford about Harr's
book and a possible link between it and me were always
undeliverable.The Post Office could offer no explanation as to such
undeliverability or where the letters ended up. Later, Whitey's
brother takes up with the attorney jan Schlictmann worked for, Tom
Kiley.
8) About 10 people i worked with at the time of telephone problems and
the man next door claimed i was responsible for fallout in the Bulger
case with no explanation why. During that time it was announced 4/99
that 10 witnesses against Bulger were being sequestered in a warehouse
in Massachusetts( we worked in a warehouse)
9) The Boston Herald reported Redford and Sylvester Stallone appear
before Judge Wolf in the early part of the Bulger hearings.Why these
two has never been explained.Redford was working on the movie version
of " A Civil Action". I was treated at the same hospitals, lived in
the same neighborhoods and appeared in the same court as the kids in
the book at the same time period.
10) Long term attempts have been made it appears to destroy my life
and happiness such that i am driven to suicide, such as what happened
to Mass. State Trooper Johnson.The same effect took its toll on Bucky
Barrett's sons. I have been destroyed financially, in my credit, left
homeless and virtually unemployable. Most social ties have been
destroyed and an obvious attempt to bring me into nearly complete
isolation has been going on since Bulger left.
11) The newspaper that ran the story on my search for my father
abruptly afterwards changed ownership, the staff was replaced and the
new staff disavowed knowledge of the prior staff.
12) Law enforcement could offer no help with the threatening calls.
13)Attorneys refused to get involved in the case.
I have no criminal history and i have not made this up.
