I have a long history of arguing with Michael and I won't stand by
while he attacks td. I'm not going to argue the accident with
him,
however, because of what he went through -- that might be too, oh,
PTSD for him right now. If he says I can, fine -- but if not I
don't
want to do something so potentially harmful.

TD has an excuse, she
sits home on her thumb doing nothing all day and her mental
development stopped at about 15.

I deduced that about choc long ago, the reason I put her in my
blocked
senders list, along with her cohorts. The fact that we as a couple
have always done very well financially, affording me the
opportunity
to remain home with my children, bugs the hell out of them for some
unknown reason.

She's jealous -- just as I thought.

We were able to pay off our home, pay for our
childrens educations without them having a need to acquire student
loans, and
purchase what ever we wanted or needed without help from anyone.

Nice!

For
some unknown reason, they find that to be unseemly.

Oh, the horror!

I did work for a
couple years, because I wanted to be out with people, helping
others,
and I enjoyed it. But my husband really didn't like me to work.
The
main reason being my working put him into yet a higher tax bracket,
and he HATED that.

Why should you have worked? You didn't need to. You had young
children and
now those children have children of their own that they need your
help with.
That work is plenty important enough, imo.

Plus, he has been with the same company his
entire career, gaining promotions and benefits that would far
surpass
mine. He has nearly two months vacation and free days a year. He
didn't like it that when he had off work, I very often didn't or
couldn't just take off.

That makes sense.

For him, my working was simply a pain in the
ass, so to speak. So I went back to volunteering my time with
various organizations. Solved the 'higher tax bracket' issue, plus
when one volunteers, one can be more flexible if they want to take
time off to coincide with their spouses vacation.

But like I said, that seems to bug the hell out of some.

Jealousy.



You and your jealousy thing hangup for anybody that disagrees with

jealous elst you wouldn't accuse others of it.

If td was secure in being an at-home whatever, she wouldn't have type
up three ~huge~ posts explaining it and making up dumb excuses.

admire people that are stay-at-home moms (she hasn't been one of those
for years btw). But td spends most of her posts bad-mouthing "men"
yet who has supported her most of her life? Duh - a man!

She doesn't spend most of her time bad-mouthing men. But please -- believe
she does if you want to.

And volunteer for what - that's bs, she is home posting on the
computer from late morning (when she admittedly climbs out of bed)
