Michelle Young's home is up for sale. Killer hubby is living with his
family in the mountains. And no closer to an arrest. :(
And now we have Jenna Nielsen, also pregnant and dead. AMW is apparently
doing her case tonight.
Not to forget Janet Abaroa, murdered pregnant woman in Durham.

Seems like the *triangle* is the place to be when murdering pregnant
mothers.

Raleigh ? The home of a Raleigh woman who was beaten to death inside is up
for sale.
5108 Birchleaf Drive, the 11-room, 3,338 square-foot home of Jason and
Michelle Young, was listed this week on the Triangle real estate market at
$424,900
Described as a beautiful all-brick home on a large 1.8-acre lot, it has four
bedrooms a bonus room and French doors leading to a back deck overlooking a
large fenced-in backyard, according to the listing.
Five-months pregnant, Michelle Young, 29, was found dead facedown on her
stomach in her bedroom on Nov. 3. Her 2-year-old daughter, Cassidy, was
unharmed at her side.
Michelle Young was last seen alive at about 10:30 p.m. the night before her
body was found. Authorities said she had been entertaining some friends at
her home.
According to an autopsy report, Michelle Young was beaten numerous times and
suffered a fractured skull. Several of her teeth were knocked out, and her
jaw was broken. She also had bruises on both hands and a cut on her left
thumb, the report said.
Jason Young, who was out of town at the time, has appeared to be a focus of
the case, but Wake County sheriff's investigators have not called him a
suspect.
According to search warrants, he allegedly had a relationship with a Florida
woman for several months before his wife's death. The Youngs also had
financial difficulties, and Michelle Young had a sizable life insurance
policy, according to search warrants.
Jason Young and his daughter have since moved to western North Carolina to
be closer to his family.
Last month, some of his relatives were seen moving items from the residence,
but they would not comment on why they were at the house.
Local real estate attorneys tell WRAL there is no law requiring sellers to
disclose information about crimes that might have occurred in homes up for
sale.
But Sara Matyiko, a real estate agent with RE/MAX United in North Raleigh,
said as a buyer's agent -- a real estate agent hired by a prospective
homeowner -- it is the obligation of the agent to find out as much as
possible about the house and share it with clients.
