Bullshit. I've got photos of a speed-limit sign in the next town
at a major intersection where the police station is - with the sign
2/3 hidden behind a bush. Just why do you suppose that town "can't"
even keep its signs visible - right across from City Hall?
Particularly when that sign is for a sharp drop in the speed limit
from just down the street? It's to trick innocent drivers into
financing that town - not for "public safety" or "law enforcement."
