Nor did I say you did. What you DID say, and what I was replying to, was:

I have read nothing to substantiating the allegations hurled at the dead
man. I have not even read of there being a medical report. Of course
there may be more info but I have not seen it.

And my SOLE point was, substantiating the allegations is irrelevant.
Medical reports are irrelevant. More info is irrelevant. It does not
matter whether the neighbor molested the daughter or not. Guilty or
innocent, it is still vigilante justice, and it should have been tried in
a court of law, IRRESPECTIVE of the things you mention.
