Would you be comfortable executing darlie for these crimes, Poe? I have
way
too many questions to find her guilty and hand down a death sentence on
the
evidence I've seen presented. There is also that unidentified
fingerprint,
in blood, in the house. And I posted pictures of both darlies left arm
and
right arm. both of her arms from wrist to upper arm were bruised all the
way up and down. Banging into things is how I get most of my bruises.
I'm
notorious for bangning myself into something, or the dogs jumping up on
me.
I don't get those kinds of bruises though. I get specific bruises to the
injured area. Not these long and totally encompassing bruises that seem
to
twist around from front to back.

I'm not Poe, but I couldn't vote to execute anyone. I could, however, vote
for LWOP if we hd it in Texas. Darlie could have inflicted the bruises on
herself, or Darin could've done it. Didn't they have an argument that
night, causing Darin to sleep in one place with the baby, with Darlie
sleeping in the den with the other two boys?
