The overwhelming amount of posting a few months ago by Savant & Co. were annoying. Almost every discussion seemed to include a bunch of rhetoric about how children really love sex, and how maybe 18 months old was too young to decide if adult "touching" was OK, but 2 a kid could decide. I found it wearisome to hear about all the time, and ended up with a large and ever-changing killfile to accommodate all the nymshifting.

I find this lapse in such postings a relief. I am not in favor of net-cop or moderation. I use a killfile. However, if there is a large amount of traffic on a certain subject that most on a given ng are not interested in, it may warrant its own news group.

There is probably a word for referring to someone as something the don't like to try to get a rise of of them, but I don't know what it is. In any event, it won't work.

I don't know what I did to set you off, but you seem to be nit-picky with regards to my postings. I suggest you killfile me as opposed to the other way around. I clearly annoy you, but the only time you register on my radar is when you post a reply like this. Usually the annoyee is the one who creates the killfile entry, not the annoyer.
