If, as it looks like may be the case, Littlejohn is the
perp, and Fluffy's fluff is involved one or more hairs may still have
the bulb attached.

1) I wasn't talking about Littlejohn's cat, I was talking
about the bar's cat.

2) If there were to be a DNA match, that would be a whole
'nother story. I was talking about the mere fact that there was
a cat. Absent a DNA match, the mere fact that the bar had a
cat, and the blanket had cat hairs, is not very damning.

3) We've discussed the fact that cat hair (fur) does not
contain nuclear DNA. I don't think cats shed their fur
with bulbs or roots attached.
