I really don't get this. If he was so *depressed* and *mentally ill*, why
did she go and get a haircut that afternoon? Why weren't these 5 yr. olds
in school? And what the heck is a mental health facility in Raleigh. I
didn't know Central Prison had a mental health facility. I'm probably
behind the times, but I thought Butner was where they sent the mentally ill
'people'. That's where they sent what's his name, who tried to kill Reagan.
He was housed in Butner for quite awhile IIRC.

If this man was a raving lunatic, why didn't anybody notice this? Wasn't he
at work the previous day? I wonder who was handling his meds, family
doctor, psychiatrist?
