Been in and out of there enough to have an opinion ..
I seen some poverty areas in that town that are truly
grim. Any town that allows that is just asking for
desparate people to take desparate action. Maybe
clean up those wrecked homes out by the skating
rink. Then, when you drive Fufu to her lessons, you
won't have to worry about someone scratching the
BMW.
