A lawyer who blows off a court date. Yeah, that makes sense. Sounds
like, once again, he was covering for Lynch, just like when he wrote
that letter after Lynch picked up a DUI and violated his parole (for
what?).
There's something really weird going on here. A scam artist cockroach
like Horowitz comes up with the scratch to build a palace, but has to
borrow 300k from a friend? The house is in Horowitz's sister's name,
not his, and his wife isn't on the deed? Sounds like he was trying to
fix this place and then flip it for a bundle, not that he was building
any freaking "dream house." I mean, come on, he goes from living in a
goddamn mobile home to occupying the summer house of an Italian Grand
Duke? I don't think so. Something's major fishy with this whole deal.
