Citrus County Sheriff

Arrests

* Steven Loyd Dyal, 32, 0 Hillcrest Ave., Brooksville, at 3:30 p.m.
Monday on a charge of petty theft.

His bond was set at $500.

* Danny Lee Durbin, 34, 5 S. Washington St., Beverly Hills, at 8:47
p.m. Monday on a charge of battery.

His bond was set at $500.

* Robert David Towns, 20, 1031 W. Maxmillian St., Citrus Springs, at
10:56 p.m. Monday on a charge of giving false traffic
reports/information to police.

He was released on his own recognizance.

* Jason Phillip Cammarano, 28, 27495 Magnon Drive, Brooksville, at
12:14 a.m. Tuesday on a charge of petty theft.

A deputy responded to a Circle K convenience store in Floral City in
reference to a report of a theft. At the scene, Cammarano admitted to
stealing batteries, a multipurpose tool and a couple of cigarette
lighters from the store, according to an arrest report.

He was released on his own recognizance.

* Deena Renee Horne, 38, 4368 N. Parsons Point Road, Hernando, at 12:35
p.m. Tuesday on a charge of possession of marijuana.

She was released on her own recognizance.

Burglaries

* A burglary was reported at 9:48 a.m. Monday, between Friday, July 15,
and Monday, at a residence at the 4700 block of North Florida Avenue,
Hernando.

* A burglary and vandalism were reported at 12:10 p.m. Monday, between
3 p.m. Sunday and 10 a.m. Monday, at a business parking lot at the 9600
block of West Fort Island Trail.

* A burglary was reported at 12:20 p.m. Monday, between 10:20 and 11:20
a.m. Monday, at a residence at the 1100 block of East Van Gough Court,
Hernando.

Thefts

* A theft was reported at 9:41 a.m. Sunday, between 7 p.m. Saturday and
8 a.m. Sunday, at the 4300 block of South Blue Water Point, Homosassa.

* A representative of Citrus County Parks and Recreation, West Fort
Island Trail, Crystal River, reported at 1:06 p.m. Monday a theft,
between noon Friday and 11:30 a.m. Monday, at a park at the same
address.

* A representative of Community Oxygen and Medical Inc., State Road 44
West, Inverness, reported at 1:08 p.m. Monday a theft at the business.
The theft occurred at noon Friday, Aug. 5.

* An employee at Circle K, South Florida Avenue, Floral City, reported
at 11:35 p.m. Monday a theft at the convenience store. The theft
occurred at 11:35 p.m. Monday.

Vandalism

* A case of vandalism was reported at 9:19 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 17, at
the 6000 block of West La Prima Court, Crystal River. The vandalism
occurred at 9 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 16.
