Jessica Lunsford was a beautiful little girl. Her life was taken from
her by a vicious scumbag and his DRUG ADDICT FRIENDS!!! When are you
going to arrest them?? I think if that was one of YOUR children,
EVERYONE that was in that trailer would be in jail. Get off your big
fat seat of do nothing and DO SOMETHING. Everyone in the whole United
States knows he did not act alone except you. There should be 4 or 5
people in jail, not one. We demand justice for Jessica!!!

Random thoughts Cindy Sheehan is protesting; Bush's neighbor gets
fed-up at her and the others for protesting. So, he gets his trusty
shotgun and fires it. Guess what? He fired the gun in protest! Funny
isn't it?.....How is it that GM is accused of being a Bush booster by
some and then a democrat booster by others?...Why do some people reply
to postings, using general, non specfic terms in rebuttal to a post
that was entirely specfic? I call this: "SPIN", ie, same as "you know
what I mean". A case in-point was the response to the question: "how
many days do teachers work--how many hours do they teach each day"? The
response was:" They work more than 180 days; they work long hours at
home..etc". See the spin? Then it was:"You were given knowledge to be
where you are at by a teacher". The spin? The subject was pay raise,
not respect for teachers......Catch you later!

The Truth about Gasoline The price of gas in the United States is some
of the cheapest in the world. It is more than $6 a gallon in UK, and
nearly $7 in the Netherlands. Even as the price of gasoline has gone up
this has been a record breaking year for gasoline consumption in the
United States as more and more Americans it seems choose to drive
further and further. In addition, the mind-boggling fuel guzzling SUV's
are selling like hot cakes. Well it seems some people never learn. And
remember if you think the prices are high now just remember the
surprising fact is that gasoline is still cheap now than it was in
1981, if you adjust for inflation. A real environmentalist would be
happy for the spike in prices as it may teach America to conserve.

Discussion need here ...now Seems like old Citrus County has some
serious concerned people here. Rather than a few comments in this
format have you ever considered pursuing these matters further? After
all complaining in a local paper is one thing , but taking the matter
further is what is really needed. Otherwise nothing changes. Most
people I have read here are on the same track, they want people to be
warned of inherent problems that exist. Consider the list, Wetlands,
Airboats, Police action in Iraq, over building in Inverness, Inflation,
S.S., Foodstamps, etc. Can any thing be done? who knows...but just
writing here does nothing.

Some one has to organize the concerned citizens of this county that all
seem fed up with what is going on.

Re: the Rapture Whomever wrote this piece and attacked Monique has the
most twisted logic I have ever read. The writer tells Monique to stay
out of this political debate, however, the writer wrote in religious
themes and it sounded like Islamist teaching rather than political
debate. These religious cuckoo's don't know the difference.

GM smears David Brock who wrote "Blinded by the Right" a book about the
right wing spin machine. GM says that he got his information about
Brock's personal life from good sources like factcheck.org and the
congressional record. I wrote factcheck about David Brock, and they had
never written about him. And I actually don't believe the congressional
record reports on the love life of private citiens. GM said I should
get my facts straight. He should stop acting like a gutter fighter and
stop lying.

Stop Already with the long double spaced diatribes against complaining.
If bringing up issues and citing sources to support or refute beliefs
is complaining I think the poster is wrong. Dialogue based on civility,
truth, openess and fairness is always a plus in a democracy. Changing

consolidation Is there any benefit to keeping small city goverments
here? Wouldn't consolidating like Jacksonville save money and work
