Sick of my tax money paying for disasters

I am sick and tired of my tax money paying for idiots who refuse to leave
regions of the country the we "know" are vulnerable to hurricanes. "Those"
people decided to live there and should be solely responsible for where they
live. They "know" the dangers going in. Why should my tax money always
have to bail these people out?
