I took it to mean that a grunt (by which I assumed a private) doesn't
write evaluations on other soldiers. I didn't read any more into it
than that. As someone related to grunts, past and present, I have to
agree with Kris.

I said the source of the quote was questionable. Questionable is not,
in fact, the same as lying.

Memorial Fund? Gimme money? hmm not too much difference to me. Two
