Blog Comment in Sabine Bieber Daycare Death Trial

A comment copied off this blog was admitted as evidence this afternoon.

While questioning Patricia Roma, Stephens asked if the mother of two
children who attended Tiny Tots had visited the Gazette's trial blog and
posted under the alias of "Rachel." Stephens said a comment posted at 8:38
a.m. today was similar to something she said during her testimony to the
jury.

Roma denied that she is "Rachel," and said she didn't know anything about
this blog until asked about it today by Stephens.

Stephens than submitted a copy of the comment as evidence, which was
admitted by the judge.

"Ninety-nine percent of your sentiments are reflected under the alias of
Rachel, isn't that true?" Stephens asked.

"No," Roma responded.

Here's the comment at issue:

Name: Rachel (Alias)

Disgusted, oh yes I know Sabine VERY well and I sleep perfectly sound
asleep every night and tuck my children that Sabine and Denise drugged. If
the parents did not give these children the medicine and it is not in there
homes and the only other attendance thay had besides there home was daycare.
I wonder who else would have had the chance to dispense it to them and what
a coincidence that Sabine and Denise bought so many bottles to stock at the
Daycare not for home as no one in her home needed it, TRUST ME I do know
this. If the claim is that Sabine needed it for home then why has she not
made this statement and showed a written statement by a doctor? Be aware
that I am not making comments about someone I do not know, I know these
facts on a personal basis.
