Actually, he didn't buy BARBIE dolls -- they were generic Barbie-LIKE dolls he bought at a dollar store -- I think one of them was a Spice Girls doll. Barbie dolls are expensive, after all.

Most Barbie dolls aren't worth the cost of the cardboard box they come in; only the older ones OR a few highly limited genuine issues. People who are "investing" in these things need to remember that you can now buy Beanie Babies by the shovelful.
