You didn't offend me. I just didn't understand your reaction.

" *Resort* to *accusing* someone else of getting angry"?? Oh gee. That's
really vile. How despicable and morally unconscionable to "accuse" someone
of "getting angry". We all know "getting angry" is a crime akin to
pedophilia and airplane hijacking.

Last I heard, getting angry is a perfectly normal human emotion, not a
crime, a sin or a sign of moral weakness, or of a personality disorder.

And please explain to me how saying "No reason to get PO'd just because I
reject your pool drowning theory" demonstrates a failure to "keep a calm air
of reason about" myself? To hear you tell it, one would think I spewed a
slew of invectives at you and ended by calling you Osama bin Laden's agent.

"Pre-empt <my> own apparent rage"?? You call *that* "rage"?? Holy jeez. If
that's your idea of rage, I can imagine if your wife said something to you
like "Oh Bart...did you forget to pick up the dry-cleaning again?" w/ a hint
of mild irritation in her tone you would find this grounds to run out and
file for a divorce on the basis of mental cruelty. You are so out of whack,
man. Learn to keep things in proportion, for pity sake. <sheesh>

And by reacting as you did, you prove I'm right about you being angry. If
you hadn't been angry, and weren't angry now, you never would've reacted
this way.

> you're obviously in no condition to discuss anything I've said,

Classic projection.

> just chill out and forget I replied to you,

I should "chill out"?? You are completely flipped. It's so obvious what's
really going on here. I shot your "drowned in the pool" theory all to hell
and you know it and you're embarrassed, so you go on the offensive. Probably
you think that will make you feel better and make you look less silly. But
that's your own baggage. I never said you should feel silly for the pool
drowning speculation. Is it my fault that you embraced an implausible theory
that was quickly and easily debunked? Is it my fault you can't handle having
some theory of yours disproven and react by getting angry and then have a
meltdown when I easily recognize that you're angry? Is it my fault you can't
own your own emotions, but are embarrassed by them? Is it my fault that you
have the irrational idea that anger is a dirty word? I would say all of that
is your own problem.

<snicker> Totally disproportionate reaction for the comments made. *plonk*
yourself.
