If somebody engages in any activity that is considered illegal by law,
and one person is aware of this but the other is not, then it is fraud
by law. If the person uses force or intimidation to get sexual
gratification then it is rape.
Your continued rants about the Tennessee cases is emblematic of your
failure and inability to prove your accusation.

That you are inclined to believe it was a rape conviction doesn't make
it so.
I am inclined to believe that "penetration with an object" meant it was
forcible rape, but just because I am inclined to believe it doesn't
make it a fact.

So how do you discern the difference between your average woman and a
female rapist? It is very rare that you hear about women raping women,
but it just as rare as a transvestite raping women, much less a
transsexual. Should we ban butch women, transgendered lesbians, and
bodybuilders from using public restrooms because other women find them
intimidating?

It would certainly be great if that "woman" in question was
biologically female, and then sues the bitch who would dare humilliate
another human being like that.
If I were Gwen, and I was alive, and you were slandering me like you
are doing with her, I would certainly make you proof your acussation in
a court of law. You cannot just go around calling people rapists like
that.
Gwen was one naive individual, but certainly not rapist.
