You have no understanding of the law whatsoever, and is getting
pathetic. What you fail to see is that in 1996 homosexuality was
illegal in Tennessee. Therefore, even though the girls had consensual
sex with the femboy, the "sex offender" engaged them in what was
considered "illegal activity" under the law. It would have been illegal
regardless, so this is no different than your child sex abuse cases in
wich minors are considered sexually irresponsible. Furthermore, rape is
one form of sexual assault and not all sexual assaults are considered
rape under the law (eg, groping, sexual harrassmemnt, exhibitionism,
incest, obscene phone calls, fondling, unwanted displays of
pornography, are all different forms of sexual assault which do not
equate to rape). Like incest, homosexuality was considered a form of
sexual assault in may states until recently; so for example, if you
have sex with a relative and that person didn't know you were her
relative, but you were aware of this, it would be considered "sexual
assault by fraud" indeed - not rape. The reason this is not rape is
because you were aware that the act you consented to was for sexual
gratification.

Although the states may have a legitimate case for banning incest, the
laws against homosexuality were based on sheer prejudice. And although
having sex with a transsexual is not considered homosexuality
psychologically speaking, under the law it was.

exact person the criminals consented to sexual gratification.

Thanks for confirming what a moron you are. MTF Transsexuals are not
out there to rape women. A law preventing them from using the restroom
will not stop a rapist from doing so!
