That may be, but how is "homosexuality" fraud? It was rape by fraud of which
the rapist was convicted, not "homosexuality".

You are correct. One news report said convicted of "rape by defraud" and
another said convicted of "sexual assault by fraud". Since a third report
said, before her conviction, that she was on trial for rape, and since
Tennessee's current code (I don't know how it was in 1996, I admit) doesn't
even use the term "sexual assault" (they use "rape" and "sexual battery"),
and since there was penetration with an object and that meets Tennessee's
definition of "rape", I'm inclined to believe that it was a rape conviction.

Was not the 17-year-old Tennessee rapist the same exact person that her
victim consented to have sex with? Why do YOU think she was convicted of
rape by fraud?

Gee, it is a good thing women have mind-reading powers so they know if that
man in a dress is MTF TS or a rapist, huh?

No, but it makes it more difficult. If a woman sees a questionable-looking
"woman" in the restroom she knows to be on guard, scream, or perhaps call
someone to investigate. If MTF TSs are legally allowed in the women's
restroom, someone who did that could be sued. This fear of being sued would
make people reluctant to raise the alarm when they see someone suspicious
going into the women's restroom, making it that much easier for a rapist to
do so.
