I have not failed. You cannot admit the truth. Two 17-year-olds is not
"pedophilia". Two 17-year-olds is not "ephebophilia". Two 17-year-olds is
not "statutory rape" in Tennessee. The rapist was convicted of rape/sexual
assault by fraud because the victim believed the rapist to be male and gave
consent for that reason.

Irrelevant to the challenge, and with creepy implications to boot. If a
woman consents to sex with a man because she believes he is her husband when

he is not, is it any less rape if the rapist really believes he is her
husband?

No, they are not. I've already explained that the presence of a strange male
makes women feel less safe, not more safe, than the presence of a strange
female. To facilitate such a crime, it would make more sense to for the girl
to dress as the female she was.

BTW, "Guy dresses in female clothes for the purpose of raping women in a
bathroom" is why women don't want TS/TGs in the women's restroom.
