You dropped it because you failed to prove it, plain and simple. I
asked you to show us a legal precedent in which a person was convicted
as a "rapist" for lying about their sex, race, age, national origin,
sexual orientation, marital status, virginity, or any other criteria
the accuser considered vital to know before consenting to sex.
Nevertheless, you evaded the question, obstensibly because you couldn't
back it up with actual convictons.

Any reasonable person that has read so far into your comments will see
your tactic of picking and choosing to which comments you reply to and
to which you don't. That's why you are the one going around in circles,
because you are taking comments out of context in an attempt to create
yet another argument.

And the reply to your question is:

A person can find tg/ts people sexually unnatractive just as any person
can find obese, skinny, tall, short, blonde, etc. women or men sexually
unattractive. That is called sexual preference. Yes, sexual preference
is intrinsically based in bias, but being biased is not the same as
being a bigot and a moron. Your reading comprehension is not very sharp
if you cannot discern the difference. A difference I made clear in my
pevious post, a difference you can look up in a dictionary.

Sexual preference is relative to the physical appereance of an
individual and it is the driving force behind sexual fantasies and even
fetishes. For example, some men find sexually attractive a pregnant
woman, and they enjoy sex so long as they think they are having sex
with a pregnant woman and not a woman who just happen to have a large
stomach. Learning that the woman was not pregnant would ruin the
experience and make it less enjoyable. I use this rather odd example to
demonstrate how sex is all mental.

There are people who, by their mere existence, happen to challenge this
rules of attaction and become what we call the exceptions to the rule.
Gwen was one of those people, because despite of her genitals, the
criminals were attracted to whatever led them to become sexually
involved with her (ie, attractive face, appereance, mannerisms, etc).
Had they known she was transsexual, it doesn't mean that what got them
attracted to Gwen would suddenly change, but instead they would have
tried to either block or make good of their attraction for her
(afterall, her actual genitals didn't literally prevent them from
having anal sex). However, the circumstances didn't allow them to
exercise this bias they had, and that is why they found the sex
pleasurable. The thought of being attacted to someone you are supposed
to dislike questions their sexuality (questioning our sexuality is not
a bad thing per se). When they found out Gwen's anatomical sex, they
didn't just become uninterested in her as a result of their sexual
preferences; but because they were not only biased but also bigoted
against what Gwen represented, they went as far as killing her. The
conclusion is that she was killed because she confronted the criminals
to their insecurity and homophobia.

It's as clear as crystalline water, and it is pathetic that one has to
go trough all this verbosity for some people to see it..."There's none
so blind as those who won't see"

.
