They're ALL innocent. Just ask them.
I am utterly disgusted with the US jury system; I have seen far too often that juries take too much liberty with phrase "beyond reasonable doubt". If the jury doesn't like you you are dead (SP). And if they like you, you live (OJ). But those are emotions which are irrelevant for the determination of somebody's guilt.
You know, even just one innocent man on death row is one too many
I agree, which is why I'm against the DP. Although I do make ONE exception: Timothy McVeigh. I'd have put the needle clumsily in his vein all by myself....and let him lie there, strapped down for an hour, until he begged me to kill him. But Scott Peterson should be a "life without paroler"....and OJ the same.
