Your stats are messed up. If Pointers were raised by the pitbull owners
that make up your percentage, then Pointers would be your culprit. It's
how they are raised. In the gang and biker community, it is fashionable
to have a pitbull or rottweiler, and it's more fashionable to make them
mean. It is not the innocent dog, but the owner, that make your stats.

Breed is an ability factor in hunting, herding, fighting, swimming,
etc., but the training is a completely different factor. It's the human
factor.

Responsible dog owners already do this. The only problem is that they
and their dogs don't make the evening news.
