Ah, the turn of phrase, the length of post, the atavistic reactions to
certain touchy nerves. Now I wonder if you are actually the person I
suspect you are beneath that pretended pseudonym?
Not knowing whom you suspect, that might be hard to answer, but the
answer would seem to be "no".
Are you “related” to
a certain Saint who used to frequent these parts by any chance?
I can't say I'm not good at riddle-games, but this is a bit of a
poser. I assume you either mean: someone who was using the name of a
saint (presumably a name well known as a saint's name, and nothing
else) or someone who had Saint- or St.- as part of his or her name, or
someone who acted or posed as a "saint". As none of those applies to
me, I can only assume that the answer is once again no.
However, if your entire attitude has been based on a case of mistaken
identity, then I'll forgive you -- though I can only do so for myself,
of course. In the meantime I regret, as it appears, intruding into
some private grudge-match whose nature I can only guess at.
Or retreat before it becomes much more obvious to others, I guess.
