No head of state is decided by merit. The person who is president of
Italy or France isn't there because he passed any examinations and
obtained a qualification for the job or went through a rigourous job
interview. Indeed, most of the elected heads of state would probably
fail. they are there because they are party hacks, with different
degrees of slime trailing behind them.

Q: Why can our head of state only be a woman if a man is unavailable?
A: The same reason why a lunatic cannot be a member of parliament, nor
a four year old child. The selection process for every single position
has some sort of rule or limitation.

A: She can be as Catholic as she likes. She cannot be a Roman

prove yourself an ignoramus when it comes to Canada.
