opportunity for a protective claim to be lodged pending other judicial
proceedings. Of course it is possible legal moves have been made
although some of those with cause have been calling for matters to be
finally put to bed so pursuing an action perhaps seems unlikely.

I can't see the princes suing him but I don't know if Trevor Rees has
indicated that he won't. And of course there are others he put under
pressure to lie for him and obfuscate the facts. Perhaps they would have a
case under English law with regard to stress or harassment.
