As far as "princess" or other
such titles are concerned UK laws regarding name changes
specifically
deny anyone from using such titles as part of name unless one has a
legal right to do so.

Really? Could you please cite the particular Act of Parliament that
"specifically" forbids using a title of Prince(ss) "unless one has a
legal right to do so"?

Sorry, not by statue, but deed poll will not grant one a change of name
that includes a title or honour if one does not have legal right to said
title:

Those are simply restrictions imposed by a company specialising in
providing deed poll services.

But that aside, it is entirely possible for an adult to change his or her
legal name in the UK without the need for a deed poll, or indeed any other
formal document. Deed polls are a convenience, nothing more.

So far as I'm aware it is not against the law in any part of the UK to
assume a title, whether real or imaginary, unless the intention is to
mislead or even defraud.

address in header goes nowhere; replace "bottomless_pit" with "devnull"

I remember a case about 30 years ago where a couple in Yorkshire wanted to
name their daughter Princess and were told that it was not possible to do so
under the law. IIRC, a petition to The Queen failed. This was all covered
about five years ago in ATR - one could search the archives.

Katie Price (aka Jordon of page 3 fame) and her husband, Peter Andre, have
just named their baby Princess Tiaamii because she's "our little princess"
Jordan is going to have her neck tattooed with the word 'Princess' with a
crown on top of it. Bless.......
As the child was born at the end of June, it's possible the name isn't
registered yet and may be refused but I doubt it. You can call yourself
anything you like under English law.
