To all users.
I discovered this website and I suggest to all who are interested to
see it.

It is a particular case: the matter in hand is the constitution of the
Leuca principality, through the office of mr. Francesco Maria Mariano,
who styles himself "duke of Otranto and Lipari".
He was the master of ceremonies, under the command of Paolo Barbaccia,
the sovereign prince of Leuca.
It is interesting to see carefully the pictures wherein mr. Mariano
uses a lot of honours (one neck-badge, a sash, five stars, many
miniatures).
It is also interesting his wife, marquise of Massa Lubrense: what is
the order with this yellow sash?
In another pages of this site, we can find the advertising banner of
the "Consiglio Araldico - Istituto Marchese Vittorio Spreti", headed by
this gentleman, whose name is Francesco Maria Mariano.
