Aside from Holy Roman Emperor Francis II (later Francis I, Emperor ofThe British Crown was declared an Imperial one during the reign of

so if in that case, has anyone else besides Francis held two such titles not
at the same time?
Also, how was Francis' title rendered during the time in which he was
Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire and Austria?
Henry VIII (or was it Elizabeth), so from Victoria to George VI the
British sovereigns held "double Imperial" titles. Perhaps the former is
best illustrated in the diplomatic documents, correspondence and
credentials in use with Eastern potentates such as the Sultan of
Turkey, Khedive of Egypt and Shah of Persia. The title used for British
sovereigns was "Padshah" (Emperor) long before Victoria assumed the
title of "Empress of India".
