I'm with you on this one.

When visiting a museum in Madrid, I saw a picture of Prince Charles with the
caption 'El Principe Carlos de Inglaterra, el hijo mayor de la Reina de
Inglaterra' (or words to that effect - I'm going from memory).

Is there some reason why the picture couldn't have said Great Britain? Do
the Spanish not use this name?
