How do you define 'disabled', exactly?

Ask four people, get six opinions.

and some activities being made difficult or impossible, compared to
people who don't have that condition" is as concise as I can think of
right now. The above line was meant to describe how someone can be
almost as socially clumsy as an autistic person, but without actually
being autistic.

Oh right, without being _autistic_.

Because there are no crippling effects from being socially clumsy, and
people who are are just not trying hard enough, right? Or perhaps they
aren't team players.
