I won't show a shot unless it passes at least a dozen tests WRT to
focus, exposure, colour- balance, composition, etc, regardless about how
sentimental I might feel about it.
I don't generally take pictures of anything that I'm remotely capable of
feeling sentimental about.
No, I was referring to being sentimental about the shot itself, not the
subject. The difference is subtle, but important.
