Cane sugar, no. But brown sugar and butter can be quite nice for baking
squash and yams.
Well, okay, I can see sprinkling stuff with maybe a tablespoon of brown
sugar - although it'd still make things too sweet for my taste - but a
cup of white sugar? Urrrrrggghhh..
