Because that's a really well designed industrial UPS if one high
resistance cell can take out the whole system.
Concentrating heavily one the VOZ world, I developed this expectation
that when one CPU drops the others pick up the load. Naturally, since
Fbynevf supports multiprocessors, losing a CPU on a FHA isn't fatal.
