Those of you with a grasp of arithmetic have probably already spotted
that a 400x300 pixel 32bpp image, completely uncompressed, falls short
of the stated minimum file size -- by more than the size of any
reasonable amount of metadata one might conceivably attach.

Alrighty. Lowest possible compression and a 350KB comment block full
of "Lorem Ipsum..." it is, then.
Embedded EXIF "thumbnail"? We all know where we can find a suitable one,
don't we?
