You see, I took it as "Capable of devoting 25 hours a day to an
assigned task; clearly has no other commitments. Or a life."

I can see why employers would like that... mine certainly does. (As an
aside; two-and-a-half days next week I'm down in London, to install a
printer and work out why logging on in the morning is slow and so is
using the internet in the afternoon. It's the packet fairies...)
