Pointy, pointier, pontiest


The PHB has been getting it in the neck from academic types who are
resting my push to remove their root and administrator rights from their
windows and linux boxes. I thought he was going to be on my side with this.

But I knew I was in trouble when he recommended we stick with buying Dell on
the grounds that their monitors looked prettier.

I didn't realise how bad it was till he emailed me this afternoon asking
for the administrator password for his windows box. And then immediately
followed it up demanding I tell him what the administrator username for
that password was. I'm getting a twitch now. I think I'm turning
into Chief Inspector Dreyfus.
