Although it's a safe bet many here were part of HS and college bands,
IMO.

Brass band. Flugelhorn and cornet. I wasn't very good, looking back at
it. We never played Gladiators, and it's not even suited to the brass
band, really. But it is the stereotypical background music for any clown
or comic circus scene.
