Ah. First time I've heard that method applied to a screwdriver, but it's
a classic method of obtaining a drink known in various regions of .se as
"kaffekask", simply "kask", "kaffegök" or "kaffehalv":

1. Place coin in cup
2. Add coffee until coin is no longer visible
3. Add vodka until coin is visible again

Either Swedish coffee is very weak, or that is a _very_ small drink.
