Looks like you may have introduced too much data into a too small picture,
the versions of that I've seen before weren't nearly that blurry.
Particularly the white hands on white background look awful -- I assume
the steganographic program tries to leave high-contrast lines alone or
something like that.

Was indeed fairly simple -- Anyone who's tried to solve those "hack this
website" things (I'm mostly too impatient for that) will be familiar with
most if not all of the tricks.
