Artificial sweeteners grow on you after a while unless you have a sugar
addiction, in which case you might want to break it before it breaks you.
Don't think I have one - I've successfully stopped drinking
cokes for long stretches at a time without that craving feeling. I can
eat pretty bland stuff. I just don't like the bitterness that
accompanies artificial sweeteners. I realize some may not have it, but
at this point in time, I'm more inclined to follow the .eu way of things
(!external growth hormones no matter how safe you say it is).
