In hou.tx.us, in June, when I've just driven on the freeway for at
least thirty minutes, the tires are not at 70F. If you put 33 PSI at
~120F in, the vehicle will not be in any way safe to drive.

For someone who takes tire pressure so seriously -- and that probably
sounds mocking, but it isn't intended that way -- I'm a little
surprised you aren't running with nitrogen. Most locales in .us seem
to have at least a few shops advertising it, and it really isn't
expensive. Places around here will top you off for free anytime once
you've paid for the first fill.
