I can see the judge's sarcastic comments to such lip service to the
letter, but not the spirit, of the law as being *very* entertaining to
read, should anybody actually try such a response and get called on it.

Myeah, possibly. But what if there really _is_ no pharmacist in town who
will fill your prescription for birth control pills, because you're in
the middle of redneck country and they're _all_ idiots? Must be just
dandy if you're not taking them for the anticonceptive effect, but for
other reasons.
