I'm most disappointed that they've gone back to "Occupier". They used to be
polite enough to address their threats to me personally, possibly because I
sent them an invoice for my time in repeatedly responding to their letters
demanding I respond to them.

Why bother? Pay them if you need to, but just ignore any letters from them.
